It all began with a shared dream: to turn our passion for travel and our calling as psychologists into a truly unique experience. We’ve always been drawn to exploring new destinations, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures, and connecting with people whose stories enrich our journey.

Over time, we realized we wanted to offer more than therapy or advice—we wanted to craft an experience that helps people reconnect with nature and with themselves.

And that’s how Attraversiamo Tour was born.

Cancellation & Booking Changes Policy

At Attraversiamo Tour we understand that travel plans can change. For this reason, we offer a clear and transparent cancellation policy.

✅ Free cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity and receive a full refund.

📅 Booking changes

You may request to change the date of your booking up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

⏰ Arrival at the meeting point

We recommend arriving a few minutes early. A maximum grace period of 5 minutes after the scheduled starting time is allowed. After this time, the activity will begin to respect the rest of the group.

🚫 No-show

If a participant does not arrive at the meeting point within the allowed time, the booking will be considered used and no refund will be issued.

If the activity cannot take place due to adverse weather, safety reasons or exceptional circumstances, we will offer either:

Política de cancelación y cambios de reserva

En Attraversiamo Tour entendemos que los planes pueden cambiar. Por ello ofrecemos una política clara y transparente.

✅ Cancelación gratuita

Puede cancelar su reserva gratuitamente hasta 24 horas antes del inicio de la actividad y recibirá el reembolso íntegro.

📅 Cambios de fecha

Es posible cambiar la fecha de la reserva hasta 24 horas antes de la actividad, siempre que exista disponibilidad y sin ningún coste adicional.

⏰ Llegada al punto de encuentro

Le recomendamos llegar con unos minutos de antelación. Existe una tolerancia máxima de 5 minutos después de la hora de inicio. Pasado ese tiempo la actividad comenzará para respetar al resto del grupo.

🚫 No presentación

Si el participante no se presenta en el punto de encuentro dentro del tiempo establecido, la reserva se considerará utilizada y no dará derecho a reembolso.

🌧️ Cancelación por parte de Attraversiamo Tour

Si la actividad no pudiera realizarse por causas meteorológicas, de seguridad o por cualquier circunstancia excepcional, ofreceremos al cliente la posibilidad de cambiar la fecha de la actividad o recibir el reembolso completo.
